Routine website updates are part of management. A larger feature — a booking system, an online store, an integration with software you already run — is scoped separately, so you’re not paying for it every month.
Before you askus anything
- What’s the difference between $249 and $299?
- Nothing about the website. The $249 option starts with a six-month commitment. The $299 option is month-to-month from the beginning. Same site, same Command Center, same service.
- What happens after six months?
- Your $249 plan continues month-to-month at the same rate. It doesn’t roll into another fixed term.
- Is the website build included?
- Yes. There’s no separate website design or build fee. It’s part of the monthly service — which is why we don’t call it free.
- Can I see the site before signing up?
- Yes. That’s the point. We build a working preview around your business and show it to you before you decide.
- What’s included in routine updates?
- Day-to-day content changes: hours, contact information, photos, staff, prices and service information. Larger features or integrations are scoped separately before any work starts.
- Is the blog included?
- The Blog system is included in your Command Center, so you can write and publish your own posts. If you want us to write and publish four posts a month for you, that’s the separate $249/month managed Blog service.
- Who owns the domain?
- You do. It stays registered in your name and goes with you if you ever leave. Domain registration costs vary and are separate from the website plan.
- What happens to the website if I cancel?
- Service and termination terms are defined in the service agreement you sign before work begins. Your domain remains yours either way.
- Is hosting included?
- Yes, along with SSL and the maintenance that keeps the site up.
- Can I update the site myself?
- Yes. Hours, phone, services, team, photos and posts — all from your own Command Center, without calling anybody.
- How do I ask for a change?
- There’s a button in your Command Center. Write what you want, attach a screenshot if it helps, and follow the status as we work on it.
- Do you take the photos and video?
- We can. That’s Startup Content — a one-time $650 for original photography and video of your business instead of stock images of someone else’s.
- What if I need something bigger built?
- We scope it and tell you what it costs before anybody starts. Routine changes stay part of the monthly price.
- Do you only work in Northwest Arkansas?
- It’s where we are and where most of our work is. If you’re nearby and it’s a fit, get in touch.
- Can you redesign a site I already have?
- Most of what we do is exactly that.
