These terms cover use of nwa.marketing. They are not the service agreement. The terms of any work we do for you — including scope, commitment, cancellation and payment — are set out in the service agreement you sign before anything starts.

Prices and descriptions on this site are current at the time of writing and may change. Anything quoted to you directly is what applies to your work.

Your domain

You own your domain. You buy it, it stays registered in your name, and it goes with you if you decide to work with someone else. Domain registration is separate from the monthly price because domain costs vary. We connect it and manage the website on it.

What is included

Routine website updates are part of management. Larger work — an online store, a booking system, an integration with software you already run — is scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.

Plans and commitment

Website plans are offered either with an initial six-month term at the lower monthly price, or month-to-month with no initial commitment. The specific terms of your plan — including commitment, cancellation, notice and what happens to the website if service ends — are defined in the service agreement. They are not stated here, because it would be wrong to imply a term that has not been agreed with you.
